Mom and Eduardo pose for this photo at the Mitad del Mundo, Ecuador. Behind them is the monument representing zero degrees latitude, the equator. Mom and I are glad to be traveling with Eduardo. He is holding a painting I purchased at a local gallery.
After spending several days with my cousin Geovanny and his family, we decided to sightsee around the outskirts of Esmeraldas, Ecuador. As we walked along a promenade at the river’s edge, I captured this photo of Mom and Geovanny’s family.
Mom and I traveled throughout Ecuador with this rented Jeep Compass. Here, the Jeep is in Esmeraldas, near the Pacific Ocean. We are returning to Quito via Santo Domingo de los Colorados.
Mom is posing with her brother, Pepe, and Antonio’s family. Mom and I are glad to be in Santo Domingo de los Colorados with our family. Pepe’s house is in the background.
